UI Map bugs

especially this: "Issue 2: The minimap is oriented wrong on Siege of Cairo when its rotation is disabled. The top of the minimap should be north. Please fix this as it's really annoying. Communication with your squad is much better with minimap rotation disabled, and this really breaks that ability."

same problem, please please fix this.  In a jet or helicopter I wanna press mouse 4 or mouse 5 and see the big map to get oriented just for a second or two, and then I want to close it straight away without fishing for the M key on the keyboard.

A band-aid fix if you have a logitech mouse software (or similar software that allows keybinds) is to set your mouse button to "M" only for the battlefield app (browse and select bf6.exe in this directory if you play through Steam "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 6").  Kinda insane Dice is letting all these problems go unfixed 1 week after launch.  Like dating a 10/10 supermodel who just keeps on belching but you decided to just hang in there based on her looks alone.

Same problem. Players should be able to open and close map with the same mouse button/key. Hope they fix this soon.

Let me guess, still not fixed after a month?

This is still a problem for me. I have a VXE Mad R+ with the back and forward side buttons set to backward and forward in browsers. The game recognizes the keybinds but does not allow me to close the map with the same button. I have it bound in every submenu, including UI. I have also tried disabling the m keybind as others have said it fixes it, but it does not for me. This used to be a problem in BF 2042 as well but got patched at some point I believe so maybe point the devs in that direction. 

there is also no hotkey to change the scaling of the minimap, which makes the minimap borderline useless in air-vehicles because of how small it is
