I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Exactly the same problem here.
Frustrating that even though pre-installation was done earlier in the week and an update run this morning, when the game launched it needed a new nvidia driver---- it had a week to tell me that.
Now I have the same issue, sit in a queue for 5+ minutes, only for it so say I have no modules installed and need to buy them.
