[UPDATE] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

UPDATE 4, Oct. 17 - EA app Outage In-game Rewards Update We're aware that some players impacted by the EA app outage during the Battlefield 6 launch did not initially receive their in-game rewards....

I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Thanks EA...it was installed...I uninstalled the EA app 3 times and 3 times too...and after starting it, it says...game wasn't installed...must be purchased even though you have the Phantom Edition...I think I'll go back to Steam...I'm disappointed in you guys

Same here. EA App says Phantom edition owned but offers e to buy the Phantom ed.

Same here with the Standard Edition. I'm trying in vain to get a refund for the game.
