Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
I really should have known better than to buy an EA game at launch. After 30 minutes of trying to launch the game I finally made it into the actual program, wasted 20 minutes setting keys then it crashed. Rinse and repeat as keys not saved. Then tried to play, no content, nothing I can do except training. Doh, no I can't even do training as despite setting up all my keys about 5 times now they don't work. No response from mouse or keyboard. Great. Oh even better now it has crashed again.
I have deja vu from pretty much every game that EA have ever launched.

Refund requested.
