Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
The issue resolved yesterday afternoon and now it's bacK???!!!

Yes, it is fixed, and now we are all at a huge disadvantage in progression and in-game play.
EA "said" they were compensating and it will be in our in game inbox.
Well, nothing in there about the 12 hardware upgrades nor the 12 1 hour xp boosters they "said" we would be getting.
The longer they take, the less we can compete in game. Guess the compensation may have been for EA Play Pass only......
