I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

Same here, i had to refund the game from the EA App like the Battlefield General Manager suggested and bought it elsewhere, I hope this isn't the reason why I haven't yet received it.

At last I was able to play at least on PS5
