I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

Same problem here, please update all of us replies as well, EA. Didn't get anything even though I couldn't play the Phantom Edition all day until the late evening due to the EA launcher problem.
