I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

I was affected by the bug for several hours at launch with the EA app, unable to play due to the download game content bug. Yet I have not received an ingame APP message, no XP tokens, and I did not get an email either.
Can you grant me this please?

Same here. I even recorded the first 2 hours after the game's launch and documented both connection issues and the "Not installed" error. I managed to play for like 20 or 30 minutes after almost 2 hours the game launched through the portal workaround, but the portal servers were not running as smooth as the playlists so I quit the game and waited many hours until they finally fixed the issue. Preordered it thinking I'd spend my entire friday's afternoon playing BF6 and wasn't able to... I hope the XP boosts arrive soon. Haven't received not even the in-game message yet =/
