Hello!
I just noticed that everyone who encountered a problem on the first day of the game launch, namely that the EA app had issues with multiplayer and career modes being unavailable, received bonuses as a reward for their patience. However, I was also among those who encountered this problem, but I did not receive any bonuses in the form of boosts.
I wanted to know, did I needed to report this error somehow? Or was the distribution of people who encountered this error automatic and everyone should have received it automatically?
Maybe someone can help me out. Thank you.
Same problem here, looks like a lot of people haven't received compensation yet.
At this point I just find it hilarious that I expected EA to at least manage the compensation process correctly.
