Me and my siblings were all affected by the outage. We bought the game on the EA app and couldn't play on launch day. We thought about refunding and getting it on steam but then decided to wait it out till it gets fixed. Not 1 of us received the promised compensation. 

Imagine messing up this bad, then promising compensation for messing up but also messing up the compensation as well, what a joke lmao.
