Hello,
I was unable to play the game on its release date, Friday, October 10th, due to a bug with the EA App platform, which caused the game to display that multiplayer content was missing, even though it had been downloaded.
Since this bug affected all EA App users, @BattlefieldComm Twitter account announced that affected accounts would receive, over the weekend of October 11–12, XP bonuses as well as free access to the Season 1 Premium Battle Pass.
However, as of today, I still haven’t received anything in the game.
I did receive an in-game message saying “Your new reward awaits” yesterday, October 12th, but nothing else is available in-game.
Could you please help me?

I opened a ticket and they haven't even replied to me yet. It's been well over 72 hours.

I typed "compensation" in the ticket submission and it straight said to me "our assistants can't help you with that, please go on forums" when I submitted my ticket.
