I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

I got the error as well and haven't received anything. I have screenshots and even submitted a ticket to EA which they replied with a guide to find missing pre order rewards. They never addressed the actual issue of the game saying I did not own it.
I'm playing right now and no 2xp tokens.
It was preordered which I can prove with the tombstone pack reward that I have and I tried to delete it and reinstall even.
EA won't reply to my ticket that I haven't received anything.
