Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
OK, I have not checked this morning, I have not received, and I am seeing others posting they have not received, any of the boosters that were to be given as compensation.
That was promised to us by EA, for EA's screw up, by the end of the weekend, well, nothing.
Maybe we should consider launching a class action suit would that get your attention EA?

check your boosters you dont get an email with it i got all 12 but no email
