I was surprised to discover on a Chinese video app that some EA app users received the full set of Phantom Edition skins as compensation for being unable to launch the game on the release day, not just the Phantom Squad, but also vehicles, weapon blueprints and knife skins, all of them. I need a reasonable explanation. As a Phantom Edition player, I spent more money than on the standard edition, yet ended up with such an experience. If that's the case, I think it would be more appropriate to turn the Phantom Edition rewards into exclusive Joker skins. This is really a terrible experience!
I am very curious about what the follow-up solution is regarding the misdistribution of skins in Battlefield 6 Phantom edition. Will the Phantom edition players be compensated or will the skins be taken back? As fans of the series, we paid more for the Phantom edition but received such an experience. So what is the point of spending more money?I hope the officials respond as soon as possible,Phantom Edition players are undoubtedly loyal fans of the Battlefield series, or new players full of anticipation for Battlefield 6, yet they have suffered such unfair treatment?

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if this remains unresolved.
I spent the money for the unlocks, if the unlocks werent there, there would be no reason to spend the money.
Withdrawing your side of the contract after the monies has been exchanged is clearly fraud.- cxm20205 months agoSeasoned Novice
The problem is that, for the compensation for EA app early access users who couldn't play the game, they gave standard edition players Phantom Edition rewards, so what is the point of me spending more money

They gave some Standard Edition players the full set of Phantom Squad skins and weapon skins, vehicle skins, and even knife skins, which made me very angry
