Also haven't received the compensation, its a shame...
If EA/moderator is reading this: a large group of people tried everything for hours on launch day to join a game (e.g. repairing game files, reinstalling game etc.), which among others was trying to fix the issue by joining a portal server in the hope that multiplayer would be enabled afterwards. It should NOT be the case that being for a few minutes in a portal server has as result that we do not receive this compensation. Please serve your community and give us what we are entitled to!
So, all those players who just tried to get the game running at release and heard from the Portal workaround won't get anything, really ?? As the issue happend ONLY to all who preordered on the EAapp they should give the compensation to all preordered ones !!!
