I talked to support (I've been filing a ticket every day since the launch regarding the lack of compensation) and they told me that they are aware of the problem, we have to wait because the compensation distribution process was automatic and they are still solving the problem, although we will receive compensation.
It's mindboggling that you have to jump through 10932478 hoops to get any kind of valuable information in this regard. Sht like this should be an official statement made by EA_Edu EA_Leeuw EA_Bia EA_Kalina no later than a week ago, but I guess it's more convenient to just keep ignoring your customers and eventually put out a random vague update and call it a day.
