Hello,
I was unable to play the game on its release date, Friday, October 10th, due to a bug with the EA App platform, which caused the game to display that multiplayer content was missing, even though it had been downloaded.
Since this bug affected all EA App users, @BattlefieldComm Twitter account announced that affected accounts would receive, over the weekend of October 11–12, XP bonuses as well as free access to the Season 1 Premium Battle Pass.
However, as of today, I still haven’t received anything in the game.
I did receive an in-game message saying “Your new reward awaits” yesterday, October 12th, but nothing else is available in-game.
Could you please help me?

Good Luck currently on like day 8 NOT A PEEP outta EA help or even a COMMUNITY MANAGER explain what is up with the LACK OF SUPPORT. I personally had submitted the case then sat in the live chat window for 22hrs before getting to an agent and being told "alot of people dont have the items they paid for it will be addressed in a future update" which if you ask me is BS, EA help does nothing but send tickets to junk folders and tell ya to WAIT ON GAME DEVS, because THEY CAN DO NOTHING BUT SUCK MONEY OUTTA GAMES. If you werent able to get into your EA account DAY 1 you are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION, even with timestamped evidence. DUE TO EA APP AND EA HELP AND EA FORUMS ALL BEING GHOSTTOWNS FOR SUPPORT, bet you can check posts from a week ago with same ISSUES AND EA WONT EVEN COMMENT ON IT.
