Hello Kafels​ 

I was impacted by the issue and didn't get the compensations. 

Is there a way for you to bring this to the attention of EA?

We are many im this situation and something thanks tha it is because afternoon many hors of thinkering with the game that someone found that you could play by spammig the join button in the server browser in portal.

lf tha is the case, it is not fair as ww could not play at launch date/time.

Please let me know.
