It’s now been 14 days and I still have nothing.
Live chat is not available in Canada, but support always tells me to use it—impossible for me to get help.

I am willing to wait for a proper resolution, but if my issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. In Brazil, there are specific consumer protection laws that cover cases like this, where companies fail to fulfill public promises. I am not sure how the law works in Canada, but I would take the same action there if the law allows
