I also never received mine at all. Still waiting for it. I emailed support and they told me to go to my inbox and it should be there, it isn't. Pretty ridiculous

I still have not received mine either. I only tried to play one time. Got that error. Shut it off. I didn’t play Portal or anything. But I did play it on PS5 after the EA app didn’t work. Probably means I am getting hosed since I played the game. Just not the version I wanted to play.
