I'm reaching out because I was supposed to receive the free Battle Pass that was offered due to the launch issues with the EA App / Launcher and EA Play. During the release days, I was unable to launch Battlefield 6 properly because of those problems, and EA confirmed that affected players would receive a Battle Pass as compensation. However, I still haven’t received mine. Could you please check my account and help me resolve this?

Same here, I contacted EA support and they suggested reporting it on the official forums and I came across this post. Odd, I would have thought that they could just either fix it or let me know what teams are working on it, not just report it on the forums lol.

Me too. It should be easy to see if we pre-ordered the game on the EA App.
For me too, plus no daily login rewards. Nor any in game messages at all until the season 1 set.
Got nothing, two cases opened for over two weeks, no proper resolution from the support..
Never got my compensation either.......please respond :(
