I'm reaching out because I was supposed to receive the free Battle Pass that was offered due to the launch issues with the EA App / Launcher and EA Play. During the release days, I was unable to launch Battlefield 6 properly because of those problems, and EA confirmed that affected players would receive a Battle Pass as compensation. However, I still haven’t received mine. Could you please check my account and help me resolve this?

Joke of a company men, I have the same issue and they didn’t do anything via chat, when treating the user directly Ea still Ea no matter how good the game is
