As the title says. I, and many others I have come across, did not receive the promised gift of Season 1 and several XP rewards.
I could have easily purchased the game from another platform. This is a slap in the face to who EA should be most grateful to. I took a day off of work and had to sit around for 5 hrs because of "missing content".
I have sent many messages to EA's support chat, who claim that those effected received the gift already. Despite sending proof of my pre-order and missing content I was still disregarded.
Post on the forum seem to be completely ignored too.
I think that the games media would be interested in this debacle.
