I purchased Battlefield 6 directly from EA because I wanted to support the developers and have the smoothest possible experience at launch. Unfortunately, like many other players, I encountered serious login and connection issues during the first several days after release. I was unable to access the game or enjoy any of the early content I paid for.
EA later announced that players who purchased Battlefield 6 from EA and were affected by these login difficulties would receive a Battle Pass as compensation for the inconvenience. However, I still haven’t received the promised reward on my account despite meeting all the stated conditions.
I’ve checked my EA account, in-game inventory, and Battle Pass progress multiple times — but nothing has appeared. I’ve also verified my purchase through the EA app and my order history, and everything shows correctly there.
I’m posting here in hopes of getting clarification or an update from the EA team. It’s been disappointing to see this issue still unresolved after several weeks, especially for players who were affected through no fault of their own.
Could someone from EA please confirm:
When will the affected players start receiving the promised Battle Pass?
Is there any action required from our side (for example, submitting proof of purchase or support tickets)?
Will this compensation be automatically applied to eligible accounts?
