Hey everyone,
I still haven’t received the compensations that were supposed to be granted to affected players on October 10th after the Battlefield 6 launch issues on the EA App.
In my case, I was only able to access Portal using the bypass method I found on the forums. I managed to join one match for about 10 minutes before the game crashed and kicked me out.
I already contacted EA Support, but they just told me to post here instead — they basically washed their hands of it.
Has anyone else not received their compensation yet? Is this still being processed or should I try another way to get it sorted?

Yeah, same here. I'm still waiting and I was told to use the forums for the request. What the actual f...?!
In contact with lawyers now to get this sorted.

Phantom Edition preorder, no compensation nor daily login rewards. I also learned of the portal workaround and tried, lasted around 3min before being kicked out with an error message. Decided to close the game and try later, hoping there would be a fix. A friend of mine, also with a phantom edition preorder, wasn't even at home during launch and the outage, received the compensation.

Once again, EA has SCAMMED us! And we keep coming back to their license.
Still haven't received anything. I also submitted a support ticket, and they told me: "Well, yes, everyone else has been compensated!"
I see every tweet from the official EA or Battlefield accounts, and I see people complaining like us about not having received anything!
