It seems EA support is not adequate to handle anything past giving AI/Google-translated responses. I spoke with someone named Adjui and was told there is nothing that can be done, that all the compensations have been given out to those affected, and if there was an issue, to report it on the forums 🤣.
So I think we are just SOL, and this was all just a massive PR stunt to keep people at bay so the hype didn't get bombed by their massive **bleep** up and the blatant **bleep** you to the loyal people who bought it on the EA app.
🤣 I’ve had lots of different responses from find you missing content logging to the game and check your inbox! ! Restart your game and so on and also the message go to the forums for help! Told I don’t want that help! Even asked for a customer complaint contact and conveniently they haven’t one!
