Hi,
I’m aware there was a known issue regarding the compensation.
However, even though this issue was supposedly fixed twice now, I still haven’t received
the compensation.
After today’s patch/update (30.10.2025), I checked again, but there’s still nothing in my ingame inbox.
It still shows that I need to purchase the Battle Pass, whereas I know from a friend who received it that
once you get the compensation, it no longer says “Buy,” but instead shows that you already own it.
In my case, it still says I need to buy it, and I haven’t received any of the boosters either.
I reopened my previous support ticket, and they told me to make a forum post about it , so here I
am.

It was a PR stunt. They can’t even say what their criteria was. Apparently buying the game and not being able to play the full game on release doesn’t count. The fact that this type of compensation doesn’t even cost them anything shows how little they think of their paying customers.
