Hi,
I’m aware there was a known issue regarding the compensation.
However, even though this issue was supposedly fixed twice now, I still haven’t received
the compensation.
After today’s patch/update (30.10.2025), I checked again, but there’s still nothing in my ingame inbox.
It still shows that I need to purchase the Battle Pass, whereas I know from a friend who received it that
once you get the compensation, it no longer says “Buy,” but instead shows that you already own it.
In my case, it still says I need to buy it, and I haven’t received any of the boosters either.
I reopened my previous support ticket, and they told me to make a forum post about it , so here I
am.

Funny how the replies from support vary so much. Just tells me that they probably have no idea at all. I was told that all eligible players have already received theirs. When I told them that's not true, since I haven't, I pretty much just got a shrug from them. Would be interested to know if anyone can actually confirm that they've gotten theirs?
And since there's no fine line to be drawn on who's eligible or not (they can't tell), we're just left in this limbo where we can't really purchase the battlepass either since that would just be throwing money away, if you're granted the compensation later. And tbh, there's no way I'm spending money on something that was promised for free anyway.
