I still havent received the promised compensation for the players on EA App, i contacted support multiple times and did what they said to fix it and i still didnt receive them. At this point i dont know what could cause this, the last message from support stated that all players received their compensation and to write a thread on the forums if the problem still persists.
I did try to play BF6 on the EA App on launch day and couldnt play, apart from couple of seconds on a custom server before getting kicked. I didnt get any messages in the inbox apart from twitch rewards and some news.
If someone could help me resolve this issue it would be really appreciated, i just want to know if i will get these rewards at some point or if i can just give up, especially because the season 2 battlepass would be included in the compensation.
I am in the exact same boat - managed about 5-10 minutes gameplay at most by spamming the join button on a random experience.
Currently speaking with customer support who have told me that "everyone who was eligible" has received the compensation.
Absolutely furious.
