Hello,
I preordered Battlefield 6 but was unable to access the game on Day 1 due to EA’s technical issues. I’ve already confirmed that I’m eligible for the compensation offered to affected players, but I still haven’t received it.
Could you please review my case and ensure the compensation is applied to my account?

Same here bro, HUNDREDS of us did not receive compensation & EA/DICE are lying to us & gas lighting us, saying we are not eligible for compensation
