Xbox series s unplayable in ranked

Since the recent game update, Battlefield 6 has been freezing during live matches and then crashing back to the Xbox Home screen. This occurs without any error message and results in being removed from the match. In Ranked, this also leads to RP loss because there is currently no reliable reconnect option. I have been kicked out of about 50 percent of my matches and it makes gaining RP impossible and frustrating. 

I’ve tried all the known fixes with nothing helping. Please fix this or I will not be a returning customer 

Issue Details:

• Game freezes completely during a match.
• After several seconds, the game crashes to the Xbox dashboard.
• No error code is displayed.
• Unable to reconnect to the Ranked match after restarting the game.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

• Restarted the Xbox Series S.
• Performed a full power cycle.
• Disabled Quick Resume.
• Set console to 1080p at 60 Hz.
• Disabled VRR.
• Disabled HDR and Allow 4K.
• Cleared the game’s reserved space.
• Tested different game modes.
• Battlefield is the only game experiencing crashes on this console.
