Canada Loading screen

In career, my team, two player career, Multiplayer, Time Trial and in Grand Prix mode

Canada is stuck at the loading screen...never disappears and if I end the task the game screen goes black for a much longer while before it actually quits

I've tried loading into another time trial track before and then in the pause menu move to Canada doesn't work in any game mode.
Two player career, friend loads in first and visa versa, we stay at the loading screen
Multiplayer, loading screen
Grand prix mode, loading screen
My team and driver career, loading screen

I'm playing on PC RTX 4060, 16GB ram, i7 14th gen, 1TB SSD with more than 600 free space

I've tried running in administrator even but the problem persists

I've read that this happens at other tracks also like Australia, Bahrain and even Silverstone...
