- So after spending the past 2 weeks customising settings, making race setups, sorting osd etc I loaded up today and I got a message saying sorry or data, I then tried to retrieve it and everything was gone. No career save no wheel settings nothing.

In this case I loaded up for a solo career no invite, spoke to a few people in a discord I’m in and it’s happened to a few people both loading through invites and loading the game first
This bug was in previous releases of the game if I remember rightly this happend when accepting game invites before starting the actual game first.. Might be the cause but not not 100% sure if its resurfaced into the game code.
Yes especially as I had completed braking point , got well into a career and then made multiple race setups and now have to start again. Only happened once so far 🤞🏻 it doesn’t happen again. I have spoken to other people in other servers and it’s happened multiple times to them aswell.
I've had this issue five times now since release.
I spoke to EA support and they couldn't help at all.
I reinstalled the game onto a different drive and it seems fixed for now - but still incredibly frustrating.
