FPS drops until I change display mode

I’ve been recently opening up f1 25 to be met with a laggy intro and laggy racing. It’s all really choppy and basically unplayable. I was messing with my settings and changed my video settings around until I changed my display mode from full screen to windowed. I thought the problem might be due to this. But my fps persisted to drop after I loaded up the game the next day. I’ve been switching my display mode everytime I load up the game which seems to fix the issue for now but, don’t find this a viable solution. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’m usually getting 260-300 fps and when I load up the game I’m getting 30-40 but very poor. I turned off all ray tracing already settings and still haven’t discovered if it’s just a bug from this last update or my pc.
