Okay, I probably fixed it. I turned off every app in the background that I dont need for F1. And it worked! So go to your task bar and on the right hand side you have that little arrow. Expand it and fr turn off every programm you dont need for F1! Also turn off every overlay in Steam, Discord etc. and when ingame set your graphics to ultralow, turn off DLSS (set Anti-Aliasing to TAA and FideltyFX), also activate Nvidia Reflex + Boost. That should solve the issue. Ill try how long it takes for the game to crash but it looks quite good!
