Im very sorry to hear that. Lets hope EA will fix it soon, cause my soluten isnt a good one aswell. I have to do like 10 steps before I can even start the game, so. Lets see
So, it might be better to wait for the patch fix for now. If you do too much, you will be worried about various things such as damage to your PC. This is just my opinion and information. I hope it will be helpful ☺️☺️☺️
