oh man, in that case I would refund it. There is no guaranteed fix for that.
Got it fixed and narrowed down the issue
Rendering at 1440p, something goes very badly wrong
at 1080p the game is very stable - idk whats going on here, but 1440p resolution isnt working as intended

Try disabling Game Mode in your Windows Settings. Maybe its worth a shot!
