    Hi TopTele371_cz ,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. The errors suggest the issue may involve Windows components or Lenovo Vantage rather than only F1 25.

    Please try the following:

    1. Open Command Prompt as administrator and run:
      • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
      • sfc /scannow
      • Restart your PC once both scans are complete.
    2. Repair or reset Lenovo Vantage through Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Lenovo Vantage > Advanced options.
    3. If the error continues, temporarily uninstall Lenovo Vantage, restart the PC, and test the game again.

There’s no need to reinstall EA Javelin anticheat again for now. Please let us know the scan results and whether the game launches after testing without Lenovo Vantage.

Hello EA_cuervo , at  first I have to mention that the game was running smoothly until one day that it stopped working. Thanks for letting me know that I have 4GB of VRAM less.

Here are answers to your questions/suggestions:

    1. Done

    2.  I did it the first day

    3. The EA launcher doesn't know that I have the game. I own it on steam and I''m signing into EA by my steam account.

    4. I do it everyday twice.

    5. I do it everytime

    6. I did it too on the first day.

Here are all the errors that I got, but it's in czech language so you have to traslate it.

After everything it still does't work.

    Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the DxDiag. I reviewed the DxDiag and noticed that your Intel Arc A530M has 4 GB of dedicated graphics memory, which is below the minimum requirements:

    Minimum PC System Requirements

    • OS: Windows 10 64-bit Version 21H1 or newer
    • Processor(AMD): AMD Ryzen 3 1200 | Ryzen 5 2600X (VR)
    • Processor(Intel): Intel Core i5-6400 | Core i5-9600k (VR)
    • Memory: 8 GB RAM
    • Graphics Card(AMD): AMD RX 570 (8GB) | RX 590 (VR) | 6700XT (RT)
    • Graphics Card(Nvidia): NVIDIA GTX 1060 (6GB) | GTX 1660Ti (VR) | RTX 2060 (RT)
    • Direct X: Version 12
    • Online Connection Requirements: 1Mbps up with < 60ms ping
    • Hard Drive Space: 100 GB available space

The EA anticheat error could also be involved, so there are still several things worth trying before we draw any conclusions.

Could you please try the following steps?

    1. Open Lenovo Vantage, select System Update, and install all available graphics, chipset, BIOS, and system updates. Restart the PC afterwards.
    2. Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics, find F1 25, select Options, and set it to High performance. This should help ensure that the game uses the Intel Arc A530M rather than the integrated Intel UHD graphics.
    3. Repair or verify the F1 25 installation through the launcher.
    4. Open C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, select F1 25, uninstall EA anticheat for the game, and then install it again.
    5. Restart the PC, open the EA app as administrator, and test the game again.
    6. While testing, temporarily close overlays, recording software, hardware-monitoring tools, and controller-remapping programs.

Please let us know how the game behaves after trying these steps. If the EA anticheat message appears again, please also share the complete error message or error code. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome due to the hardware limitation, but we’ll do our best to help you narrow this down and explore the available options.

Hey TopTele371_cz, I'm really sorry to hear about that.

Thanks for providing all this information and for sharing a video showing the problem; that's very helpful. Could you please share a DxDiag? That will give us some more information about your device and might help us identify what could be causing this.
