Multiplayer disconnect/ghosting

My cross platform multiplayer league has been having lits os issues with drivers getting kicked and cars going in and out of ghost mode. We use discord chat and can see ppl disconnecting/connecting as well. Seems to create a cascade effect.  We use to have stable multiplayer races with very few issues.
