Unable to sign with any teams

HeyEA_cuervo​ i have just had a similar issue, I had negotiated with Mercedes successfully, won the world championship but I could only sign for Alpine or APXGP.. happy to share my save file

Thanks for letting us know about that. Would you be able to share your saves with us? 

The steps you will have to follow will be different depending on the platform:

• EA app: You will find the Saves Folder here C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\F1 25
• Steam: You will be able to find your Save Games at the root folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[STEAMUSERID]\3059520\remote
• Epic Games: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/c-Category_TechnicalSupport/c-Tech_PC/where-can-i-find-my-local-game-saves-a000089177 
• PlayStation: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps5-manage-storage-space/
