At Pro-Clubs after every single league game, I get the error message " PC

After every single league game, I get the error message "There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again." It forces me to restart the game in order to play another league match. I am on PC. My connection is fine and no other game mode does this. Is there a fix, or is just a known problem? Thanks.
