Delay after switching to receiver during throw-in since TU#13

It looks like this isn’t a widespread problem, so we want to gather more information to help our investigation. If you could share some more information, that would be super helpful! 

  • Any specific players you’re using when this happens
  • Which platform you’re on
  • Your username
  • Your connection type and ISP
  • The formation you’re using
  • What exactly happens before the issue occurs
  • Does it happen after you change your squad or any players?
  • Any other information that you belive are related

Hey EA_Pulsar​ 

  • No specific players, it happens with everyone
  • PC through EA App
  • clampciteh
  • LAN Wired, Maroc Telecom optic fiber

  • It happens right after I flick the right stick, if I don't trigger manual control there is no issue
  • That doesn't seem to be a factor as it's happened in the first minutes of the game multiple times, before any substitutions occurred.

    I want to add that the issue also occurs when the opponent triggers the manual control. I have noticed it happening against both PC and console opponents. The game slows down massively for a few seconds, the longer the opponent takes to perform the throw-in the more significant the delay and ensuing speed-lag are.
