EA FC 25, This EA account is restricted from accessing any online features.

This issue, I'm facing in Fc 25 only, I can't able to play the game. I thought that my ea account was a problem, and I accessed with other account, but I'm still facing the same issue. i did all the steps which received from Ea website like, Reseting network conections, Changing the Router DNS, Installed in various online platform like steam and epic, uninstalled all the platform and reinstalled in Ea app, Ea app recovery, EA anti cheat process like repairing the Fc 25 and uninstalling in Anti cheat process and reinstalling the game. etc.............

But it does not worked, still i'm facing the same issue. 

i can't play offline also. it shows error or unable to connect ea server.

In  my account iam having apex and fc 24, and this two games are working properly with online mode 

Why Fc 25 is not working, i tired with various ea accounts also. please resolve this problem
