"The only option i didn't try is the (s) delete your profile and then create a new one, as the support told me that if i delete the profile in the game i delete my ultimate team aswell which is not an option as i have a pretty good team and don't want to lose everything. Soooooo im looking for a solution, thanks."
Dude You can easily delete your profile, it's just an option setting, not an ultimate team account. I did it and the game works normally.... But now I want to play any other game.... This is pathetic and I should get some compensation
