Manager Career Mode unable to continue after half-time

I've been facing this issue whereby the game unable to continue after half time and I believed it does not only occur to me. This issue seems to be ongoing and yet EA does not seem to have a solution to this.

After either team scored and if we see the players just stood there during the replay, the issue occurs. I believed everyone already tried all the methods that can be found online that "deemed to be able to solve the issue" but none actually works.

I sincerely hope EA can take a look into this as even after coming out with FC26, the bug in FC25 still yet to resolve.
