As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? If that works, it means the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP.

Just tried that and it worked. All other devices and EA games are working on my home network - and previously to this I had no issues with my wifi ever. How do I fix this?

You keep saying wifi. I just want to make sure you're on a wired connection. Wifi implies you're using a wireless connection. Which, could cause this issue.

Sorry. Just my lack of a technical background. I have a 50 ft ethernet cable that goes directly from my router to my xbox x. I am on wired connection. I typically get 950 MBPS download speeds while wired. Never had a single issue with my wired connection to my router previous to yesterday. Again, weirdly I have no problem connection to EA servers in any game other than EA FC 25 rn

That's a pretty long cable. It's possible that's part of the issue. Is it possible to test using a shorter cable? If not, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Sadly it is not possible because I live in an apartment with only one spot to connect the router to. So this is the only way I can have a wired connection. I can send the screenshot, but it says I have not played an applicable online game in the last 7 days. I played 4 pro clubs games online yesterday, but knowing EA, I bet that only UT counts. I can try to play one on the hotspot to see.

Please run the test I mentioned. A hotspot is going to have a worse connection.

I cannot run the test, because it displays this "We’re currently unable to display or generate your Connection Score.
This may be because:- You haven’t played any applicable EA SPORTS FC™ Online Matches in the last 7 days.
- For more information, check out our FAQ .
- You’re playing from an unsupported country or region.
- You’ve disabled the “Share Usage Data” option in-game.
- You can find this setting in-game within the Privacy Settings section of the Online Settings" and I cannot connect to the servers when I am on my wired connection or wifi

Most likely, you're not logged in here with the same account you play on. Can you check the email for the account you play FC 25 on and see if it matches the one you're logging in here with?
