Season Pass Unavailable

It’s been 4days since TOTS dropped and I still can’t access the season pass. I lost all the SP I think. It says I won’t be able to earn any progression towards the pass..

And for some reason I can’t login at times.. the game lags and show all the red boxes. Is there a problem with my account cause some of my friends are doing fine and they are not facing this kind of problems.. Please help
