It has now been 8 days since I first reported this issue, and there’s still no solution or even meaningful communication. That is not acceptable.
In this time, I’ve gained close to 11,000 XP again, which clearly shows I would have already completed the Season Pass had this bug not occurred. Instead, I’m stuck in limbo, unable to progress or claim rewards I rightfully earned in a paid product.
Let’s not sugarcoat this: people bought the Season Pass not just for cosmetic rewards or the occasional player, but for the XP boost at Level 20 and more importantly, for the packs and TOTS opportunities along the way. You’ve promoted the Pass as a way to fast-track progress and give players a real shot at engaging with time-limited events. Missing out on Serie A TOTS and likely La Liga TOTS due to a bug on your end is unacceptable.
Expected answers:
- When will this be fixed?
- What is the current status of the investigation?
- Is there a confirmed ETA for resolution?
- What compensation will be offered? And please, be honest — will it be a meaningful gesture (like full pass progression restored, appropriate TOTS packs, or a partial/full refund), or just another symbolic pack no one asked for?
This whole experience reflects poorly on a game that many of us invest both time and money into. The lack of urgency and transparency feels like paying players are simply being ignored — and that’s not just disappointing, it’s a breach of trust.
At the very least, I expect regular updates and a realistic resolution plan that respects your paying community.
Looking forward to a proper update - not a generic response.
