“You are not actively playing” Bug Causes Unfair Losses in FUT Matches (PS5)
I encountered a critical gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 while playing Ultimate Team on PS5.
In my first match, a message appeared on the screen saying:
"You are not actively playing. If you do not resume playing before the countdown ends, you will be considered to have forfeited the match."
Despite this message, I was actually able to control my players and continued playing.
I even took the lead in the match. However, the message stayed permanently on the screen and blocked a large part of my view, which directly affected my gameplay and caused me to lose the match unfairly.
I assumed this was a one-time issue, but when I entered my next FUT match, the exact same bug happened again.
The same message appeared from the start of the match and did not disappear, once again blocking my view and causing me to lose another match.
Important details:
- Game Mode: Ultimate Team (Online Match)
- Platform: PlayStation 5
- Issue occurs even while actively controlling players
- No connection or inactivity on my side
- The bug persisted across multiple matches
- Screenshots attached as evidence
Because of this bug, I lost multiple FUT matches unfairly.
I am reporting this issue so it can be investigated and fixed, and I would like my losses to be reviewed or compensated.
This is a serious gameplay-breaking bug.
