Absolute joke

Every time I play an online match or even a squad battle the game freezes and jumps everytime I either get a chance on goal or the opposition gets into my area this game is more unplayable than fc25 was and that was the worst game you ever produced this beats this by far also haven't recjeved any of my ultimate pre order rewards it's a joke charge me money for items that I'm never going to receive
